The future is female. The past was too.

In 1920s Ireland, hundreds of women came together to participate in an international boycott campaign called the Belfast Boycott, a protest undertaken by Sinn Féin following a violent shipyard expulsion in Belfast. Irish women contributed to the cause in many ways, from raiding trains and shops to organizing protests and raising community awareness to altering their shopping habits. Their story has been largely forgotten. We want to change that by commissioning a statue in their memory.
